ABOUT SARAH

Sarah received a B.S. in Business from Villa Julie College in 1991 and ventured on to serve as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Haiti from 1996-1998.  Her love of service, adventure and the healing arts has led her to become Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).  She graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in September of 2002 and has had a successful private practice helping people with injuries, kinks, or just the need for relaxation ever since.  Sarah has had success in building her business in Middlebury Vermont, Kittery Maine, and now in the beautiful rolling hills of New Gloucester where the picture is complete with a wonderful new family.

Sarah has received certifications in Orthopedic Massage at MTI, Thai Massage with Mac Therdchai in Thailand, and currently studying Advanced Myofascial Techniques with Til Luchau.  She has also studied Craniosacral, Reiki, and Sports Massage.   Sarah’s love of yoga practice and the continual insights it provides on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level all play a part in each session.

Sarah enjoys working with a wide variety of clients ranging from chronic pain and injury related cases to sessions focusing on stress reduction and maintenance for overall good health.  Sarah’s vision is to provide an optimal healing experience for each client by using a combination of massage techniques that support the clients healing process.

"Sarah has a very keen interest in continually learning about the body and is often taking new classes and workshops to improve her practice."
